Another iPhone DST bug. Go figure.

Yes, that is actually my alarm schedule. I'm not good at waking up.

Good morning! Did you remember to change your clocks? Probably not, because most of us have grown lazy and let technology take care of that for us. This, unfortunately, can be a problem. Especially if you’re an iPhone user. Turns out, it might not be such a good idea to rely on your smartphone as your primary timekeeper.

It seems like the iPhone can never get daylight savings time right. Last Novemeber there was a problem, then that whole thing on New Years too. Today, some users are reporting that their iPhone adjusted the time backwards instead of forward. Seems someone in Cupertino forgot the old phrase, “Spring forward, Fall back.”

Of course, by the time you’re reading this there’s nothing you can do about it. Might be a good idea to double check though. Don’t want to be late for Church/brunch/gangbang, after all.
